Gymnastics is a great activity to teach your children important life lessons, while making them more effective and self-confident. Gymnastics helps build character and the importance of not giving up.  We hope that by allowing your children to participate in our program, they not only learn gymnastics, but also the importance of living a healthy and active life.

 History of Flip Factor

 Flip Factor has been providing mobile gymnastics to various daycares/churches in Alabama since June 2007.  Mobile gymnastics is a unique service that allows parents to have their children receive quality gymnastics instruction at the daycare or pre-school their child attends, thus allowing parents more time because they do not have to take them to the traditional gymnastics center after work.
